QRplify Partner Program terms

  1. What you earn. You earn 50% of every payment a customer you referred makes to QRplify, for as long as they pay and the Partner Program runs. A Lifetime purchase ($279) earns you $139.50, once.
  2. Which customers are yours. A customer is yours when they sign up through your link within 90 days of first clicking it, and no other link reached them first. Each customer counts for 1 partner only, and never also as a Refer and earn friend.
  3. Refunds and chargebacks. Each payment is held for 14 days, the refund window, before you can claim it. A payment refunded or charged back later is taken back from your balance.
  4. Getting paid. You can claim once your claimable balance reaches $50. A claim locks that balance, and we pay it by Wise or another payout method we choose, to the details you give us, usually within 7 days. If the method we choose needs other details, we ask you for them. At your first claim you give us a W-9 (US persons) or a W-8BEN (everyone else).
  5. Staying active. Your partner link starts when you accept these terms. Bring 1 qualified referral within 30 days, then at least 1 every 90 days. A referral qualifies when the account confirms its email and its QR codes are scanned from 3 different devices on 2 different days. If a window ends without one, your link pauses: it credits no new accounts, and you keep earning on the customers you already brought. Write to us to switch it back on.
  6. Fair play. No spam: share only with people who expect to hear from you, and follow the email and messaging laws where you and they live. No paid ads on the QRplify name: do not bid on QRplify, or anything close to it, as a search or social ad keyword, and do not use it in an ad's name or address. Your own accounts, emails and cards earn nothing. No false claims about QRplify, no posing as QRplify, and no coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing.
  7. Breaking these terms. If you break these terms or cheat the program, we close your partner account. You lose your whole unpaid balance (pending, claimable and claimed), and your link stops.
  8. Your status. You are an independent partner. You are not an employee or agent of QRplify. You handle your own taxes and your own costs. The Partner Program comes with no free plan.
  9. Changes. We can change these terms. We tell you about a change by email or in the partner area of your QRplify account, at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the notice gives the date it takes effect. A change needs no approval from you: if you stay in the program after that date, you accept it. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the program before that date. A change against fraud or abuse, or one the law requires, can take effect at once. Unless the notice of a change says otherwise, customers you brought before it keep earning you 50% for as long as the program runs. We can end the program with 30 days of notice by email or in the partner area; what you earned up to its end is paid as above.
  10. Your data. We keep your name, email, payout details and tax form to run the program and pay you. Payout details and tax forms are stored encrypted.
